You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

We believe returning something shouldn't be a hassle. That's why we offer a doorstep exchange service no courier runs, no packaging stress.

  • Simply raise an exchange request within 7 days
  • Our delivery partner will come to your doorstep
  • They will collect the original product and hand over your new item in the same visit
  • It's that simple quick, easy and completely seamless

✅ Condition of Product for Exchange

To ensure a smooth exchange, please make sure:

  • The product should be in the same condition as delivered
  • All original tags are intact and packaging is undamaged
  • The item is unused and unworn

Products that show signs of use or are returned in poor condition will not be eligible for exchange.

⏱️ Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the exchange policy applies.

  • If you receive an SMS or email showing your order as delivered but haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours
  • Please take utmost care of the product while it is in your possession, including all original tags, documents and packaging
